The company has a technical development department, with the main technical personnel being retired or bought out business backbones from the original Baoji Petroleum Machinery Factory and outstanding university graduates from engineering colleges. We have 5 senior engineers, 10 engineers, 8 assistant engineers, and 12 technicians, with a reasonable allocation of technical personnel.
